Upon arriving in Japan, make your way to JR Tokai Tours located in Tokyo station or Shinagawa station
Present your voucher with your passport to the staff to receive your tickets

You can exchange your voucher 30 days before departure up to the day of departure.
Exchange location is limited to one of the following two locations and cannot be done at other JR Tokai Tours stores.
