FIT Travel Reservation Process
1.
The Client's side creates a brief plan. For example, where to go, when to travel, what the trip will try to accomplish and etc.IACE TRAVEL and clients can discuss either as a package tour or separate travel products.
2.
IACE TRAVEL will provide a preliminary plan with approximate pricing. Depending on the contract, IACE TRAVEL may ask its clients to make a deposit to hold the reservation.
3.
Upon client's reply, IACE TRAVEL will start to book Flights, Accommodations, Transportation, Travel Assistant and related services. A finalized quote for the finished reservation will be presented to the Client.
4.
Clients will prepare the payment partially or in full to IACE TRAVEL following payment schedule as discussed before.
IACE TRAVEL will accept Credit Card, Check and Money Orders. Extra fee may be applied to the credit card payment.
5.
Payment receipt and final itinerary(or details) will be provided to the clients depending on the travel product.
6.
Final Payment should be clear by this Step-5. At this stage, there will not be any other requirements needed, you will be ready to go.If any additional request or interest in other products, proceed to Step-1 to start a new inquiry any time.
