    [Reception Method]

    At the reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to the  staff.

    [Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]

    If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.

    [Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]

    - The order of the itinerary is subject to change depending on operation circumstances of locations to be visited, road conditions, and weather conditions.

    [Important Notes/Supplements: Meeting/Pick-up/Drop-off Location]

    - The meeting location will be at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Main Tower 3F JTB Sunrise Tours Sales Office, after which the tour will head to Shinjuku Station. Meeting at Shinjuku Station is not accepted.

    - Towards the end of the tour, the guide will escort you through Shinjuku Station (Until the disband), however customers have the option to leave the tour at any station before Shinjuku.
