[Reception Method]
At reception, please show a printed copy of the reservation confirmation sheet or a printout of the reservation confirmation email. Simply showing the confirmation on a mobile device screen will not be accepted.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
Depending on operational circumstances, certain tour dates may be canceled, or tour operations may cease entirely.
Please inform us of your accommodation and contact details for the day prior to the tour. If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.
Also, the prior night's hotel will serve as the taxi pick-up location on the day of the tour. When making a reservation, please use the same group representative name as the one for your prior night's hotel.
The drop-off location is the same hotel as the pick-up hotel.
Bookings for this plan are made not for the number of participants, but for the number of taxis to be used (only 4-9 passengers allowed in 1 taxi). 1 booking is required to book 1 vehicle. Please book 1 vehicle at a time if multiple vehicles are required (in case of groups).
Depending on the season or weather conditions, flowers at Farm Tomita, Flower Land Kamifurano, or Shikisai-no-Oka may not be seen. Thank you for your understanding.

Note that opening hours and closed days differ depending on sightseeing locations. Please refer to websites, etc., of each facility.
Sightseeing locations can be altered within the designated time window and total distance covered. Please make requests to the driver on site.
Toll road charges and Blue Pond parking fees are included, but admission to sightseeing locations and lunch charges are not included. Customers are to pay for the required charges themselves on the day.
Also, when visiting facilities outside of the model itinerary, admission fees and parking fees will need to be paid by the customer.
The driver speaks English, but please note that the driver will not accompany customers when they disembark for sightseeing.
One bottle of mineral water is included for each participant.

For luggage, the vehicle can fit 5-6 suitcases of 70 L size (typically for a 6-day 5-night stay). The vehicle is a van type. Suitcase(s) may be loaded into the rear space.
