


Four Steps to Purchase your IC Card
1. Tell us how much you want to charge your
IC Card
A charge of 2000 JPY (= about $20) or more is required, including a 500 yen refundable deposit.
The maximum amount to be charged onto a card is 20,000 JPY (= about $200).

2. Receive detailed information
We will inform you of total cost in US Dollars to purchase the IC Card. If the price is good, please pay us with a credit card.

3. Purchase and Choose shipping method
We will purchase the IC Card as ordered and send it to the address you specify. The delivery address is limited to a place in Japan. You can pick it up at the hotel you stay in before using the IC Card or at the post office in the airport you use when you arrive in Japan.

4. Receive your IC Card
Pick up your IC Card when you arrive at the designated address.

A service fee of $10 per person will be charged for arranging Prepaid Transportation IC Card.
The minimum purchase order is from 5 cards. This fee includes domestic shipping charge in Japan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I use the IC Card when I travel from Tokyo to Osaka?
A. The answer is No. The IC Card can be used in the area you are in. It can also be used in other area where mutual use has been established, but it cannot be used across different areas such as from the Tokyo metropolitan area to Osaka area.
Q. What happens if I lose my IC card?
A. If your card has a name and credit card function, it will be reissued,
but ordinary IC cards will not be reissued or refunded. Please be careful not to lose it.
Q. When I leave Japan, will my deposit be refunded?
A. Yes, refunds can be made at the station counter in the area where the card was issued. (Our card will be issued in Tokyo Area.)
If you have a balance, you can also receive it, but in the case of SUICA, a 220 yen (= about $2) fee will be deducted.
The card will be collected.
Q. Is there an expiration date?
A. If the card has not been used for 10 years since the last transaction, the card will be disabled.
In that case, you can take the card to a station and exchange it for a new one.
Your balance will be transferred to a new card. The old card will be collected.
Q. I have no more plans to use train, but I have a remaining balance, what should I do?
Can I give my friend a balance that I couldn't use?
A. You can use the card the next time you come to Japan, or you can give the card to your friends or family to use it.
Q. Is it possible to check the usage history and remaining balance?
A. On the "Automatic ticket vending machine", "Charge only machine" and "Multi-function ticket vending machine" with IC logo,
you can check and print your history (usage details), and check the balance of your deposit (charge).
It can be printed only within the past 26 weeks. The balance will be displayed on the ticket gate at the station,
or displayed on the receipt when you shop with the card.
