​Reception Method:
Show your reservation confirmation sheet or email (either printout or digital) at reception.

Operation Conditions:​
If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met 4 days before the tour, the tour may be canceled.

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee:
-The order of the itinerary may change due to road conditions or special events.
-Public transportation will be used in Nikko. Seating on the buses may not be guaranteed if they are crowded.
-If Kanmangafuchi Abyss is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, or if entry to Nikko Toshogu Shrine is restricted, the tour will visit an alternative site such as Futarasan Shrine or Taiyuin Mausoleum at Rinno-ji Temple.
-The default transportation route is a direct limited express train between Shinjuku and Tobu Nikko Station, but this may change due to operational circumstances. In such cases, an alternative route will be used, such as a combination of the JR Tohoku Shinkansen and a conventional train.

Meals:
Lunch includes a Japanese-style meal with meat and fish.
Note: If you prefer a vegetarian meal, book the corresponding vegetarian plan in advance. Same-day changes are not possible. Special dietary requests such as halal, allergy-friendly, and gluten-free meals cannot be accommodated.

What to Wear/Bring:
-Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Kanmangafuchi Abyss involve walking through areas with slopes and stairs. Wear comfortable shoes with good traction and clothing suitable for walking.
-You will cover a walking distance of about 5 km, so consider bringing a backpack.
-From April to November, land leeches may be present. Keep your legs covered, wear thick socks that cover your ankles, and bring insect repellent.

Meeting Location:
Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo, Main Tower (3rd Floor) - JTB Sunrise Tours Sales Office. Ensure you arrive by 8:40 AM, as late arrivals will have their reservations canceled. Please allow enough time for transit.
