​Reception Method:
Show your reservation confirmation sheet or email (either printout or digital) at reception.

Operation Conditions:​
If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met 4 days before the tour, the tour may be canceled.

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee:
-The order of the itinerary may change due to road conditions or traffic.
-If Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is inaccessible due to weather or road closure, the tour will visit an alternative destination (Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park or Fujisan World Heritage Center).
-Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on the weather, but the tour will proceed as planned.
-If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway is unavailable, the tour will be guided to an alternative destination (e.g., Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Odawara Castle, or Hakone Shrine).

Meals:
Lunch includes options for vegetarian, Muslim-friendly, and Indian thali meals, but requests must be made at the time of booking.
Allergy-friendly or gluten-free meals are not available. Customers with dietary restrictions are advised to book the tour without lunch included.
A traditional wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance is scheduled during lunch but may be canceled due to road conditions or venue availability.

Transportation:
Depending on the number of participants, transportation may be via a large bus, mid-size bus, or a hired car.
Bus companies include Fuji Express Co., Ltd., Fujikyu Shonan Bus Co., Ltd., and others.

Luggage on Shinkansen:
Large luggage exceeding 160 cm in total dimensions cannot be brought on non-reserved Shinkansen cars. Store large luggage at your accommodation before joining the tour.

What to Wear:
As Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station has significantly lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, warm clothing is recommended. Summer temperatures can drop to 14°C, and winter can reach -5°C.
