Reception Method:
Show your reservation confirmation (either printout or digital) at reception.

Operation Conditions:
If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met 14 days before the tour, the tour may be canceled.

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee:
-The itinerary order may change due to road conditions or weather.
-If Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is unreachable, the tour will proceed to the highest accessible point. If the Subaru Line is closed entirely, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park.
-Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on weather conditions, but the tour will not be canceled for this reason.
-If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway is unavailable, an alternative activity will be provided (e.g., Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Shrine, or Odawara Castle).
-During the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb in June, the itinerary may be adjusted. Refunds will not be provided for itinerary changes.

Meals:
-Day 1 lunch includes vegetarian or Muslim-friendly options upon request at booking. Note: Muslim-friendly meals are not halal-certified, and allergy-friendly or gluten-free meals are not available.
-Day 2 breakfast is buffet-style, and requests for special dietary needs are not accepted.

Accommodation:
-Hakone Kowakien Hotel (Standard Western-style Room): During the stay, guests can freely enter Hakone Kowakien Yunessun, a hot spring theme park.
-Additional Purchases at the hotel must be made by credit card or QR code payment. Cash is not accepted.

Transportation:
Depending on the number of participants, transportation may include large or mid-size buses, or hired cars. The taxi transfer on Day 1 is from Hakone-en to the hotel.

Luggage on Shinkansen:
From May 2020, large luggage exceeding 160 cm in total dimensions is not allowed on non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. Use a delivery service for large luggage.

Please note: This 2-Day tour starts in Tokyo. This tour does not include

any pick-up services from the Airport, Hotel or any other locations.

Day 1: Tokyo Departure, Mt. Fuji and Hakone Tour

Please be at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before departure.

◈Mt. Fuji 5th Station

The bus will head up to the 5th Station along the Subaru Line. The 5th Station is situated at 2,300 meters (7,546 feet) above sea level. At this height, you will be amazed at spectacular, breathtaking views from above the clouds.

◈Lunch

Enjoy Japanese-style cuisine.

◈Lake Ashi Cruise

At Lake Ashi in Hakone, customers can ride a cruise ship. Spend a relaxing time while gazing at the beautiful lake and Mt. Fuji. *The tour may be guided to an alternative destination if the Lake Ashi cruise operation is suspended, or depending on road conditions, congestion, etc.

◈Hakone Komagatake Ropeway

Take a 7-minute ropeway ride to the peak of Mt. Komagatake. A total of 50 minutes will be spent here, including time to walk around at the peak. Take a cableway ride up to the spiritual Hakone Shrine Mototsumiya (original shrine) that nestles at the mountaintop. Enjoy the scenery of Lake Ashi spread out below.

*The tour may be guided to an alternative destination if the Komagatake Ropeway operation is suspended, or depending on road conditions, congestion, etc.

◈Hakone-en to Hakone Kowakien Hotel: Hot Springs

Transfer by included taxi service to the hotel. Relax in the hot springs at the hotel.

Day 2: Hakone & Return to Tokyo

◈Breakfast at Hakone Kowakien Hotel

Buffet-style breakfast at the hotel. Note: Requests for vegetarian or allergy-friendly meals are not accepted at the buffet.

◈Free Time & Departure

Enjoy free time for sightseeing in Hakone after checking out.

Travel to Odawara Station at your own pace.

Note: Tour Service will not be provided on Day 2.

◈Shinkansen to Tokyo

Take the Shinkansen back to Tokyo.

Note: Non-reserved seats will be used, allowing you to board at your preferred time.

◈Tour Ends

The tour ends upon your choice of arrival at Tokyo, Shinagawa, or Shin-Yokohama Station.

The cancellation policy for the tour is as follows:

Reception of the deposit until 30 days before departure - non-refundable deposit
30 days – 16 days before departure – 50% of the total tour fee
15 days – 8 days before departure – 80% of the total tour fee
7 days before – day of departure – 100% of the total tour fee
No show/After the tour begins – 100% of the total tour fee
