​Reception Method:
Show your reservation confirmation sheet or email (either printout or digital) at reception.

Operation Conditions:​
If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met 4 days before the tour, the tour may be canceled.

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee:
-The Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed on Mondays (or the next day if Monday is a holiday), and the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead. If the closed day falls on the 25th, Nishi Hongan-ji Temple will be visited.
-Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December (closed the following day if Tuesday is a holiday). In such cases, the tour will visit Ryoan-ji Temple instead.
-The tour does not include entry to areas of Kasuga Taisha Shrine requiring admission fees.
-Nara Nagomikan is not included in 2024 tour dates.
-The order of activities may change depending on road conditions and traffic.

Meals:
Lunch is a set menu meal. Note: Vegetarian meals must be requested at the time of booking.
Halal, gluten-free, or other special dietary requests cannot be accommodated.

Transportation:
The tour will primarily use Teisan Kanko Bus Co., Ltd. (or other companies depending on availability). Depending on the number of participants, transportation may vary between a large bus, mid-size bus, small bus, or hired car.

Physical Activity:
The tour involves walking from the parking lot to Todai-ji Temple (about 15 minutes one-way). Inform the company during booking if anyone in your group has mobility issues.
